김재연은 시각 공학 디자이너이다. 감각하는 몸, 작용하는 힘에 반응하는 매체를 만든다. [[홍익대학교 시각디자인과]]를 졸업하고, 현재 [[민구홍 매뉴팩처링]]에서 무기한 인턴십(life-long internship)을 이어가고 있으며, 한국과학기술원 [[KAIST]] [[시각도구연구실]](Visual Instruments Lab)에서 학부인턴십 과정을 수행 중이다.

Jaeyeon Kim is a visual engineering designer. He creates media that responds to the sensing body and applied forces. After graduating from the [Department of Visual Communication Design at Hongik University](https://sidi.hongik.ac.kr/), he is currently participating in a life-long internship at [Min Guhong Manufacturing](https://minguhongmfg.com/) while completing an undergraduate internship at the [[KAIST]] [[Visual Instruments Lab]].

[^Chamber of Resonance]: 전시 《음향형태론 Audio Morphology》의 연계 프로그램. 늦은 밤, 전시 공간에 모여 음악을 함께 들으며 각자 할 일을 하는 형태의 프로그램. 이를 위해 재연은 약 90분 가량의 플레이리스트를 두개를 만들었다. 곡 간의 연결을 신경쓰며, 나름 스포티파이 믹스 기능을 이용해 연결을 자연스럽게 이어가며 제작했다.
